The Deal - for a crew of up to thirty.

We are not your average mobile caterers. We have done your job, we have been production managers, site managers and just about every type of crew there is – even lampies. That’s what makes us different, we know the pressures of getting the site prepared and can do a deal to help make it happen with a well-fed crew.  We do not claim to replace Eat to the Beat or other full-service caterers. But we can provide a vital function at the start and end of your production.
 

We can turn up at the start of the build, keep your crew well nourished and go away when your contract crew catering is established, or when your concessionaires turn up, or stay on and feed the security team, or not… it’s up to you.
 

Every site is different, and ‘The Deal’ is negotiable so that it fits in with your needs. From a dry-hire where we provide a stocked or un-stocked trailer for the crew to look after themselves to 24-hour catering service. Though to be frank most people want the equivalent of a road-side snack-van.

You can choose between the crew paying cash; you pay us to give them tea and coffee all day and they pay for their own meals,  or you can buy meal tickets to a fixed value and give them to your people... or some other deal.

What we need from you:

The dates you need catering
Site location
Opening hours required
Number of production personnel e.g. crew, techies, artists, etc
(we can normally manage around 25 - 30 if they need three meals a day or more if the requirement is just for casual provision of snacks, drinks etc.)
The potential for non-crew to be on site
(e.g. if your event is in a public park and you cannot keep them away)
